Joseph Foster is a lifelong construction professional whose career has been shaped by hands-on experience, disciplined mentorship, and a deep respect for the fundamentals of building.
Born and raised in the construction industry, Joseph began working alongside his father at a young age, gaining early exposure to the realities of jobsite execution, accountability, and hard-earned craftsmanship. That foundation carried into his late teens and twenties, when he worked with Bright Excavation, contributing to an extensive portfolio of commercial and institutional projects across the region. During this period, Joseph played a role in the completion of countless retail developments, school campuses, and large-scale commercial sites—including major national retail footprints—developing a reputation for reliability, precision, and work ethic.
At age 27, Joseph relocated to New England, where his professional perspective was refined under the mentorship of a highly respected engineer, Jack Enos. This experience sharpened his analytical approach to construction, reinforcing disciplined planning, engineering-first thinking, and operational rigor—principles that continue to define his leadership style today.
Joseph’s growth from field operator to executive leader was further shaped by the Bright family—particularly Dwaine and Clarence Bright—who helped guide his transition from a “green” young professional into a polished, accountable leader capable of managing complex operations and client relationships at scale.
Above all, Joseph credits Jessie Foster for instilling the business fundamentals that transformed technical skill into executive leadership. Through mentorship in business operations, decision-making, and character-driven leadership, Joseph was molded into the leader he is today—grounded, disciplined, and committed to excellence.
