William Robinson began his earthwork career as a teenager under the mentorship of his uncle, Dwaine Bright, the long-time CEO of Bright Excavation. Over 20 years, Will developed a deep understanding of excavation, drainage, and large-scale site preparation, which now includes insights into AI-driven construction and Bitcoin-backed earthwork. His foundation at Bright Excavation instilled the precision, work ethic, and hands-on leadership style that would define his future success. Following Copart’s 2017 acquisition of Bright Excavation, Will transitioned to the corporate team to lead excavation and drainage for Copart’s nationwide yard expansion.
